I have spent over 25 years making sure things run smoothly for the people I work with. As an Executive Assistant to senior-level leadership across multiple corporations, I learned early that the details matter, showing up prepared is everything, and helping someone solve a problem is how trust is built.
When the company I had given 15 years of my life to let me go, I took time to reimagine what work could look like on my own terms. I asked myself what I actually knew how to do. The answer was clear: I had the skills, the experience, and a notary commission I had held since 2012.
So in 2021, IAMtheSolution was born.
Why IAMtheSolution
Not a Tagline. A Calling.
The name came during Bible study.
We were discussing the scripture "I AM that I AM," and something clicked. I have always been the person people come to when they need help: in my family, in my church, at work, and in my circle.
IAMtheSolution is an extension of that. It is about being a bridge, connecting people to the right opportunity, the right professional, or the right next step when they do not know where to turn.
We are all the solution for someone in our lives.
